Dream and value of Rodgs started over 10 years ago while director Rocky Huang started his first property mission. Though has last 10 years, this had been shared with other core shareholders who comes from varies background and skills including budgeting, finance, investment and quality control which aiming to deliver high standard project management service to stakeholders by project planning, finance, budget control, pre-sale and settlements service.
